The Sales Facilitator reserves the absolute right to decline, at its sole discretion, shipments to specific international destinations or addresses that pose unacceptable risks, are outside our established courier network, or are subject to trade restrictions. The Client is solely responsible for all local clearance costs, including, but not limited to, customs duties, tariffs, local taxes, import fees, and final mile delivery charges imposed by the destination jurisdiction; these charges are separate from, and not included in, the purchase price of the Goods and will be borne exclusively by the Client. Once an order has been formally picked up by the designated courier for shipment (the "Shipment Date"), the order status is final and cannot be cancelled for any reason.
